Judge Nanette K. Laughrey has blocked the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) from revoking Planned Parenthood’s license.
The good news, so far, is that the University of Missouri has stood by their decision to revoke the “refer and follow” privileges of abortionist Dr. Colleen McNicholas. So, there can be no abortions at the Columbia clinic at this time.
However, Planned Parenthood in Columbia can keep their doors open. DHSS issued the business license for PP to operate with the stipulation that they would have a physician on staff that had hospital privileges.
On Wednesday, Dec. 2 Judge Nanette extended the temporary restraining order against DHSS till late December. More to come…read more.
