Missouri Right to Life is totally donor-funded and our State board is very careful in how it expends the resources entrusted to us to make sure that the maximum amount goes to saving unborn babies, the elderly and the disabled. We are primarily a volunteer organization with a small, but professional staff.
Missouri Right to Life (Missouri Citizens for Life until 1991) has been in operation since 1974.We have written or helped write and lobbied for over 40 pro-life bills that have been put into law. Through our state and federal political action committees, we have helped elect an overwhelmingly pro-life Missouri legislature and Congressional delegation in Washington, DC.
We publish a weekly email newsletter, a blog, a Facebook page that is available to all and a bi-monthly printed newsletter that goes to all current donors. We have chapters throughout the state that maintain a community awareness of life issues with educational events, fair booths, and grassroots support for local, state and national pro-life efforts.
