Due to the nature of the judicial system, judges don’t take positions on issues prior to hearing that issue in court.  So what we have to go on in most cases unless they are a former legislator or public official is what Governor appointed them to that judgeship and that Governor’s position on the pro-life issue.  See below the names of the judges that will be on different ballots around the state and the Governor who appointed them.
